Intended Use
• Without electric current - blowing in and sucking out a special pull line in all commercial pipe work of Ø int. from
25 to 200 mm (replaces required compressor)
• for all network construction such as civil engineering, ground work, roads, tunnels, bridges etc.
• for all commercial output connections, ducts, pits etc., even with very tight clearance
• field experience up to 1000 m and more (Current record 2’850 m)
• for certain situation change to sucking mode and suck on the shuttle from the opposite end
• condensed water, surface water, small residues or impurities or else can often be
pushed through with the shuttle
• separate calibration rather not necessary

Functioning
• conduit ends must be cut off cleanly and evenly
• assemble either foam collar or special equipment corresponding to the Ø int. of tube
• firstly, blow through the conduit without shuttle, check if penetrable tube/correct tube
• assemble shuttle corresponding exactly to the Ø int. of tube
• insert pull line through pull line supply and knot it tightly to the shuttle
• place shuttle in the conduit and press EZ-300 to the conduit, the front being movable for 360°
• blow shuttle through without interrupting (never without pull line, cannot be retrieved when stuck)
• attach either cable/s or extra strong pull line and start pulling

• 5 boxes with equipment to arrange 2 orange (dirt) and 2 blue (water) shuttles, 5 Ø of discs are freely
selectable
• 1 box with parachute:
§ yellow (small) for int. conduit Ø of 60 to 100 mm
§ red (large) for int. conduit Ø of 100 to 150 mm
• 1 cone orange, int. conduit Ø from 50 to 120 mm, with metallic head, for difficult access or frayed
conduit end
• 1 special equipment for smaller diameter, consisting of special black adapter plus special nozzle
for int. Ø of 25 to 50 mm
• 1 foam collar Ø 140 mm with pull line supply
